Did They Do It Right?

Today's the day! You got your call from the collision shop, and your vehicle is ready to be picked up. After all that work and money, you want to know that the job was done correctly, but you can't tell the difference between a trim molding and a weather strip. How are you supposed to know if the body shop fixed everything they said they did?
At Hopkins County Collision, our customer service begins when you walk through the door. As we write your estimate, we can explain step-by-step exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and why parts need to be repaired or replaced. We're glad to go over your estimate line by line so you feel comfortable when you leave that we are taking care of everything that needs to be done. When you pick up your car, we will go over everything with you again to make sure it is done to your satisfaction.
In a recent study, 41 percent of Americans weren't even able to identify their car's engine. We want to make sure you understand exactly what was done to bring your car back to pre-accident condition. When you leave our shop, we want you to feel completely satisfied that everything was done to industry standards and beyond.
Some simple things to look at are whether paint matches from panel to panel (front door to front fender), whether there are uneven gaps between the panels (if your doors don't open or shut smoothly) and make sure there's no trash in your paint (dirt that settled into the paint while it was drying). If you have other questions, please ask us when you arrive. One of our staff is glad to talk to you about everything that was done. We know that some body shops just want to get the job done and out the door, but at Hopkins County Collision, it's our goal to have friendly, reliable service that brings you back when you need us.
